“Hello! My name is Laura Ríos, I was born in Seville, Spain and I am the founder of F&A in Switzerland”
In the following lines, I would like to tell  you about my professional background and the reason for this project”:

It all started in England as a babysitter, later as an au pair in France, and finally as a nanny in Switzerland, just before working on this BIG dream called FAMILY AND AUPAIR.

FAMILY AND AUPAIR was founded in Spain in 2010, before I moved to Geneva. I had the great opportunity to work side by side with the founder of Family and Aupair Spain.

This experience gave me the opportunity to know other cultures, to improve my language skills, broaden my horizons, giving a different vision of the world, for families and domestic staff.

Based on my background, I guarantee it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I have always dreamed of creating my own agency and improving the services that currently exist on the market. Also to be able to help other families to find a person like I was, as a nanny, and who makes the parent’s life much easier with their busy lives of combining work and giving the best to his children.

As a hard worker woman with a lot of experience in the sector, I know the difficulty that exists today in reconciling work and family life.

The services that F&A offers can help families make their lives easier.

My greatest reward is the family’s satisfaction, of having someone as another family member, who can make the lives of children and parents more enjoyable.
